Yes! You get one personalised email account included with all website packages. This will look something like [email protected]. 

You can have as many email addresses as you require, for example hello@yourdomain, accounts@yourdomain, sales@yourdomain. There will be a small additional monthly charge per each account.

Yes, every single day! We back-up each website on a daily basis and keep the files on a computer that is at a separate, secure location. So should anything ever go wrong with your website, i.e. a malicious attack, human error, we will have quick, easy access and be able to restore the website in a matter of minutes.

Not a problem, we are on stand-by ready for any new content you wish to have added. In fact, we encourage fresh content be added to the website regularly as Google definitely favour those websites that stay current.

This may be changes to text and images on a particular page, a new blog post for your clients to read or even add a new web page to the website – whatever it is, it’s included in the monthly package. Simply call or email and we will ensure the updates are completed in a timely manner.

Ultimately, getting to page 1 of major search engines such as Google is the goal for pretty much every business with an online presence.
